The process begins with either a phone call or an email, whichever you prefer. Contact us and tell us about your project, and we can then discuss the details of it to see if it's within our capabilities as building contractors and refurbishment specialists.
We will come to the location of the proposed building project, and establish the materials, labour and cost of the project, as well as its viability. This stage is crucial for helping both us and our client anticipating complications and technical difficulties, and ideally overcoming them at the planning and design stage.
From our site survey we will compile a detailed and itemised quotation, with the potential for amending the proposal towards what you need, and the business expectations. Once you are happy with the proposal we can then begin to tender a full building contract.
Job Acceptance and Deposit
Once the job contract is accepted we shall take a deposit and commence work on the agreed and scheduled time, carrying out the work with the utmost professionalism, and to match all necessary building standards.
